On The Point - Lake Rotorua

Celebrating our 50th anniversary, the breakfast crew's local guidance made exploring so much easier, while the stunning lake views from our deluxe suite were amazing.

The stay was very special. The hotel was reasonably large, with amazingly attentive staff and lovely location too close to the tennis court. Well-appointed and tidy rooms with gorgeous furnishings and friendly service - just as I expected. Location: the venue was short walk to a gondola as well as the shore of a scenic lake.

The room was well-appointed and brand-new with a mini kitchen, a sitting area, and a fireplace.

great views with easy access to parks and attractions

During my stay, I was impressed by the amazing views of the lake, and I found it convenient to walk to Kuirau Park, just under 3 km away, where I could enjoy the beautiful scenery and explore the geothermal wonders.

It offers excellent services.

Beautiful and calming surroundings enhanced our stay.

Unfortunately, our room was not soundproofed, great to hear creaking floorboards and conversations from adjacent rooms. We faced some inconvenience with the car park. When it was full, the extra parking area was quite small and difficult to maneuver. It dampened our experience a bit, as we had to deal with that hassle .

The lake view from our lodge suite was fine. Parking was inconvenient.

This hotel is great, and has wi-fi, air conditioning, and a billiard table. On my first stay, the staff helped with a hot drink in the cold. I highly recommend trying the delicious meals. I'm returning for a business trip.

The views are fine, overlooking the farm and lake. The hot tub was an excellent feature, and we enjoyed feeding the sheep and donkeys. The staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended 🐑

The location was fine, and the staff provided really good service, assisting me with my work needs efficiently. My Lake View Lodge Suite was spacious and equipped with necessary amenities, including a dedicated workspace. The dining experience was good, with a gourmet meal that was excellent, showcasing attention to detail in both taste and presentation.

The only downside was the parking situation, which could be improved.

The staff was the best and genuinely helpful. Loved the cottage with an enormous table; it felt like we were home.

Our cottage on the shores of the lake was a slice of paradise! Super clean and super comfy with amazing views of the water. I loved soaking in the hot tub under the stars-it was the perfect way to unwind after a lovely dinner!

Our cottage on Lake Rotorua was excellent! It was super clean and comfy. It had a hot tub on the deck for relaxation. Staff helped with luggage up the steps, and we enjoyed feeding local sheep and donkeys right there. The views were amazing, perfect for a cozy getaway!

Got the same suite booked online with a bedroom and a fireplace. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware were available too. Beautiful secluded location next to Mokoia Island. the restaurant is open to the public as well as guests. Located on the shore of a scenic lake.
